I have an 1988 jeep yj and there is a 10mm sized bolt that holds a piece that goes around the driveshaft at the back of the transfer case. The bolts head stuck out to far and made it impossible to install the part correctly. When you remove the bolt from the transfer case to install the 5291 sender, you need to put a pea sized amount of black gasket maker in the hole where the bolt was you removed so no transfer case fluid will leak out going down the road. Other than that the install was a piece of cake.
