It arrived after only 3 days, was packaged well, and is very solid and sturdy. I replaced my old winch the next day and took the boat out that weekend. Maybe it was because the winch was new and I was more confident, I'm not sure - but it certainly felt like it was smoother and easier than my old one.
I would certainly recommend this winch to anyone. I am very satisfied with my purchase - and looks like it is built to last.
