Nelson-Rigg (CL-1060) Black Sport Tail/Seat Bag Review

This bag fits nicely and looks good on my K1600GTL. The rear straps wrap nicely around the rack under the top case, while the seat needs to be removed to fix the two front straps to the frame. I think longer straps might allow more handy fixing points for these.
The bag itself holds it shape very well regardless of what or how much I put in it, extended or not. The mesh compartment in the lid is very handy to keep the contents tidy. The velcroed, adjustable divider for the bottom part is neat to have too, although mostly redundant: the bag is small enough to keep gloves, wallets and cellphones from moving around too much. There is a rain cover that hides nicely in the built in pouch but I found the bag rain resistant enough even without the cover. For the price (this thing is not cheap!) a buckle for the straps would be nice to convert the tail bag into a makeshift backpack.
