Most pipes have a good tone in the high rpm. This pipe has that and then some. At idle it is incredibly throaty and get your 300 above 4,000 you will be heard for ever. Cars move over when you come up behind them and stop entering your lane with you next to them I have had cars roll up their windows these pipes have saved me a couple times. Your throttle will be quicker to respond and the bike will breath a lot better and have a touch more top end.
The one con is that it doesn't come with exhaust gaskets so if you order pick up some oem ones. The cross pipe at the top of the header makes a bit of noise I thought is was an exhaust leak at first. I wish I bought this sooner. Mpg went from 65 average to about 52-55 that is also me holding her open higher and longer ;)
