I purchased this ramp specifically for loading a Polaris ATV into the back of a small, Chevy S10 pickup. It handles the task perfectly.

The ramp is light weight. The product specs list it at 27 lbs., but when I pick it up I question that. I think it may be closer to 20 lbs. The welds are all solid. Spacing between cross bars is well done. My ATV will walk right up this ramp, even if the ramp and/or tires are wet and muddy, without any excess wheel-spinning.

The ramp comes with two solid, adjustable nylon belts with gripping hooks, to hold it securely in place and prevent kickbacks when loading. It's also the perfect size so I can fold it in thirds and slide it right under the ATV once it's loaded. The ramp itself is 69 inches in length; perfect for the length of the standard bed of your S10-sized pickups, which is about 72 inches.

The width of the ramp is ideal, again, fitting exactly the tailgate width of an S10-sized pickup. The width of the individual tracks is excellent, and would be easy to run an ATV or other vehicle up and down on, even if a person had little or no previous experience with such a task.

The aluminum constuction is top notch. My ATV, with rider, and loaded down with some extra gear, weighs in at around 700 lbs., give or take. The ramp doesn't flex, bend, creak, or groan at all when running up and down it. Anyone would feel confident at its sturdy construction. For light or heavy duty jobs, this ramp is a keeper.
