The "REV" series amp includes all required hardware if amp will power fairing speakers, fairing lower speakers, rear speakers or if the amp is being used as a second amp in a Hogtunes system. The amp provides a minimum of 140 watts at 2 ohms and will work with all models of Hogtunes replacement speaker PART #s 4405-0234, 4405-0096 and 4405-0232 are required if this is the second amp in the system.

Installed Hog tunes NCA-70 amp in my 2007 FLHX. I had previously installed the Hog Tunes speaker upgrade. While these speakers performed better than stock, I was not satisfied with the quality of sound at highway speeds of 70 or more. I then installed the Hog Tunes tweeter pod in the fairing. This significantly increased the over all quality of the stock radio but I still had a lot of distortion at higher volumes at higher speeds. Next step was the amp. I continued with the Hog Tunes lineuup because I am pleased with quality and thoroughness of the install kits. The amp install kit was as well thought out. Easy to follow instructions and plug and play. My initial response was OK. Yea, in the garage it was louder than stock, but of course, that has no bearing on how it will work at speed. I also noticed quite a delay from pressing the button to increase volume to the actual increase from the system. This continues to irritate me. Once going down the road, the sound was better but still at higher speeds and volumes, distortion rears its ugly head. I am not sure I would recommend the amp.
