If its not Pakistan, China, Borneo, who else will make it at affordable prices, not Harley that's for sure and I buy 90% Harley for my Dyna. One suggestion, If you've got a BEER GUT or are just a little large around the middle buy larger. I'm a 44 short and have a little paunch, I bought a 46 and its perfect. The OLD GUY!
