As other reviews have indicated these helmets run SMALL. I have always used a large, but after reading reviews for these helmets I decided to order am XL. Glad I did. The XL barely fits. Also it has a VERY strong chemical smell to it. I had to leave it sit out for a couple of days before I could wear it. Now that it's aired out, and I wear it, I have noted it is a bit louder than my previous helmet. For the price not bad at all.
