Very well constructed. Waterproof (not just water resistant) and windproof. Breath ok. Most important - they keep your hands warm in cold weather (40 degrees F or so). Your Hands will get cold quickly once it gets into the 20s and 30s. No gloves seem to work at this level for me unfortunately. Seems like electric is the best way to go at this level.
