Product Description

The WD-40 Specialist Long-Term Corrosion Inhibitor spray contains 6.5 oz. of lubricant that protects metal surfaces from rust and other corrosion and reduces friction. It blocks rust and other corrosion for up to 2 years when used indoors and for up to 1 year when used outdoors. Recommended for preventative maintenance and for protection in corrosive environments, such as highly humid atmospheres, this lubricant is non-drying and won’t run. The 6.5 oz. aerosol canister has a nozzle that dispenses lubricant in a fan spray for quick application over large areas. The detached straw can be inserted into the nozzle to create a precision stream of lubricant for controlled application and fastens to the notched cap for secure storage when not in use.

I used this on my ATV and my motorcycle when I packed them away before winter on all of the exposed metal parts which could corrode in the hopes that I wouldn't come back to find them all rusted. When I finally opened up my storage last week, there was no rust (at least on the ATV and the bike). This stuff stood up very well to storage in a dark damp place.

Mind you there was NO abrasion on the sprayed parts, they were sprayed as they went into storage, so I can't attest to how well it would do on parts in use. I plan to find that out when I take my first off road run this year in my ATV.

AFX FX-39 DS Hi-Vis Helmet - 4X-Large/Hi-Visibility Yellow Review

Like this helmet a lot. Price can't be beat, light weight, DOT certified, fits true to size, snap buckle is convenient and surprisingly quiet. -And the YELLOW stands out. I can see people in cars double scan me because their eyes pick up the color. It does well on the freeway; very little drag from the visor. I've seen people complain about this but mine is fine up to 80mph without crosswinds. Crosswinds will catch any helmet with a visor though. Would I rather have an Arai XD-4, yes but I don't have $650 to buy one.

Only three suggestions for improvement:
1) add a D-ring to it or sell a lock that I can hang on my bike
2) Visor needs to clear the line of vision when fully raised
3) Make the visor quick change

Yuasa YUAM624B4 YT14B-BS Battery Review

I always use Yuasa motorcycle batteries in my cycles and my ATV's. They are usually about twice the cost of other brands, but they last longer. I bought my from D-Volt Batteries off of Amazon. Great price and fast service. The battery comes Not Activated, which means you could actually buy several and leave them on the shelf for many years before needing them. Easy to activate when needed. I will always buy my batteries from D-Volt from now on.
