I love these batteries. I put one on an XR250R dualsport conversion, made a bracket to install in rear fender bag, and works really well. I bought one for my 650 V-Strom and while weight wasn't as big an issue on this bike, with the way I ride it off road, less weight beating on battery tray and such is a plus. When the battery came in, I left it in the shipping box and tossed it to coworkers to see if they could figure out what was in the box. They were astonished it was a bike battery, and astounded when it was compared to old bike battery. I put original battery on scale, came in at 9.4 pounds, felt like what it is, full of lead & water. I put the Shorai on the scale, measured less than 1 pound & you would swear it was just an empty case, no lead & no liquid!!! Will have to see on longevity, but after 6 months, no problems to note.

If you need to ride 100+ miles or so to get to the trails you want to ride, this tire is for you! Does very well on road: no vibration and rock solid in the twisties. And it really excels on slick, muddy trails up and down hills in the woods. I expected to get a reasonable compromise on both on-road and off-road performance, but this tire is outstanding in both.

This is my first experience with a higher end helmet and I'm very impressed. I'm moving from a half helmet and I was looking for comfort and a little more protection from the wind without being completely isolated from it. At highway speed with the half helmet it felt like I was being lifted out of the saddle. That doesn't happen with this helmet. The aerodynamics on this helmet seem much better than the half helmet.

A word about styling. On my first day wearing it I got three compliments about it. That never happened with my usual black helmets. The styling is really leaps and bounds beyond the normal graphic stickers on your usual helmet.

The helmet is amazingly comfortable and I love the locking strap. I don't know how will it would hold on if I ever hit the ground (and really don't want to find out) but it seems very secure and not likely to fail anytime soon.

Overall I'm very impressed with this helmet and would recommend it to anyone looking for something beyond the usual plain black helmet.

I have ridden sport bikes for many years and I'm now riding a dual sport (KLR650). My riding now is about 50/50 on road and off road. I was looking for a bag that could carry the stuff I need for a day trip without being too large and cumbersome. I got this one and took it on a ride and so far I'm very happy with it. Here's some things you may like to know:

The product description doesnt say anything about color, but the colored inset is removeable and includes 9 different inserts.

The inside of the main bag has several nice features like mesh pockets on the ends, a key ring, and pen slots

The lid is a smaller compartment that holds a camel back bladder quite nicely.

There is an attached rain cover in it's own pocket. Havent had to use it yet, but it seems like it would work good.

It includes a paint protector to put down between the bike and the bag.

Includes different length straps for attaching it to your bike, however in my opinion the straps are too long for what most people would need.

The straps attach by clips to "D" rings on the bag. Thats great for the bag end, but it doesnt work for attaching it the bike end.

Overall, I'm very pleased with the size, quality and functionality of this bag and I forsee getting many years of use out of it.

I used this battery in my 1984 Honda Nighthawk 700s and it instantly inproved the starting ability. I have had no issues with this battery. It starts so much easier since I put this in.
