i have 4 wheelers tractors tillers and all kinds of equipment that are used only part of the year - the batteries constantly go bad from non use or not being charged enough - i purchased this charger and it repaired 3 bad batteries and is currently charging the rest of the - the only problem i wish i would have solved is finding enough money to buy the charger like this one that will do 12 batteries at a time - it works and its great to leave on the equipment while its sitting - no more dead batteries here and no more having to buy new batteries

The rear stand works fine after you get it lined up with the spools. I'm always nervouse if I have to use the front stand becuse the rubber forks on the stand look like they will slip off the bottom of the fork on the bike. The stands comes unassembled and the assembly instructions are not clear, but if you do your own motorcyle maintinace its easy to figure out.

It came with cheap swing arm spools. One wouldnt tighten down (just kept spinning) and eventualy lost it on the road. I should have used locktite on it.

I ordered this ramp because my Honda VTX1300T was just too heavy for the dirt bike ramp I had. It took a while to arrive ground from WI to FL, but I was in no great rush. I tested it out today by laying the dirt bike ramp on the left and a reinforced 2"x6" on the right then I started the motor and eased her up under power while I stood astride the bike, left foot on the light ramp, right foot on the plank, and bike on the Black Widow. She mounted my trailer like silk. After figuring out my tie-down strategy it was time to dismount. I was a bit skeptical, but really dismounting was just as easy. I started the engine in case I would need power to abort the descent, but just using the front brake was enough to make a completely controlled descent, again both feet astride on separate adjacent ramps. My wife was there for reinforcement, but all she did was cheer.

The book is like most all Haynes books. I've bought like four of them. They always have detailed images with the descriptions that really tie the processes together. I was amazed pulling apart my carburetor was as easy as it was. It truly helps that the 2001 Triumph I own is simply built as well... Anyway, I reccommend this book if you want to DYI. Honest Mechanics are hard to come by. What mechanic is more honest than you? hahaha.
